How does it work?
We will work with you to identify the specific needs and goals of your organisation and its employees.
The process of discovering what you think you need versus what you really need. Sometimes the core problem is missed because the right questions are not asked. We ask the right questions.
Co-design and customisation
We collaborate to create a programme framed around the discoveries made in analysing your needs. Our customised approach to content and delivery is flexible and completely designed around your organisation.
Facilitator match and briefing
We will match your organisation with the members of our teaching faculty who are best suited to deliver your desired learning outcomes.
Our lecturers use their wealth of knowledge and business experience to provide participants with an optimal mix of theory and practice.
Evaluation and measurement
For the organisation:
Together we will formulate an appropriate evaluation method for your organisation. We will measure against your initial goals to ensure you reach your desired outcomes.
For the individual:
All assessments blend theory, practical examples and case studies to enhance your understanding. Assignments are individually reflective, involve group work and presentations. You are encouraged to relate your work experiences to your classroom ones.
Action Learning is the process of taking action, observing the results, making sense of what we observe and then investigating ways to get better outcomes next time. Participants on our corporate programmes work on “real life” problems or opportunities, rather than just learning from books and case studies. This approach allows you to apply your learning in a supportive environment. You will realise real opportunities or solve real problems while simultaneously focusing and reflecting on what you are achieving.
Return on investment (ROI)
All our programmes offer you a high level of personal development and at the heart of this is real-time learning. This benefits you and your organisation. ROI will address the following questions: what was done, what lessons were learnt, are the improvements institutionalised and, as a consequence, what was your return on investment?
